Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how to fix it.
Request a return
Go to Account > Orders and select the item you'd like to return.
Ship it back
We'll email a prepaid shipping label. Drop the package at any courier partner location.
Get refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 days.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- Final sale items (marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Exchanges for a different size are free and processed within 3–5 days.
